Assistant STORE MANAGER

Experience - 2 year to 5 year Location -

Delhi - DLF Emporio

Sales and Customer Experience:

Key Responsibilities

Deliver top-tier customer service, embodying the brand's values and providing in-depth product knowledge. Drive and achieve personal and store sales targets, building a strong selling culture. Handle customer issues diplomatically and ensure a positive, luxury experience for all clients.

Staff Management & Development:

Supervise, motivate, and coach retail associates to meet performance goals. Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, and development of the store team. Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance reviews.

Operations & Merchandising:

Support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency. Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, audits, and loss prevention. Ensure the store's visual presentation aligns with brand standards, maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment. Manage cash handling, POS operations, and opening/closing procedures.

Brand Representation:

Act as a brand ambassador, upholding brand image through professionalism and enthusiastic communication. Contribute to the execution of sales plans, promotional activities, and brand-building efforts.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

Proven experience in luxury or high-end retail, with a strong understanding of luxury customer service.

Leadership:

Ability to supervise, motivate, and develop a team.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to Detail:

Meticulous approach to operations, inventory, and customer interactions.

Sales Acumen:

Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets.

Product Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of luxury products and brand ethos.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify and resolve issues affecting store service and efficiency.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
