The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires leadership, problem-solving skills, and an understanding of retail processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing overall store operations and staff supervision.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock levels.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Assist in managing store budgets, sales targets, and profitability.
Train and motivate staff to meet performance and customer service goals.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse and suppliers.
Maintain records of sales, reconciliations, and daily cash flow.
Ensure all safety, security, and company policies are strictly followed.
Stand in for the Store Manager during their absence.
