Monitor stock levels, replenish inventory, and support stock ordering when required
Ensure store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual standards are maintained
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
Support staff in delivering consistent customer experiences
Monitor sales trends and recommend improvements
Support promotional activities and in-store events
