Assistant Store Manager - Insight Homes -Louis Philippe (Kakkanad)



Responsibilities:



Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and staff supervision. Drive sales performance by motivating the team and ensuring excellent customer service. Manage visual merchandising standards and ensure the store reflects brand guidelines. Handle customer escalations and deliver a premium shopping experience. Oversee stock management, inventory control, and replenishment. Monitor store KPIs and assist in achieving monthly sales targets. Train, guide, and mentor Customer Care Associates and new joiners. Ensure compliance with company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures. Manage cash counter operations and ensure accurate billing and reporting.

Requirements:



Graduation preferred. 2-4 years of experience in retail, preferably in apparel or fashion brands. Strong communication, leadership, and team-handling skills. Customer-first approach with problem-solving ability.
