to support daily store operations, sales growth, and staff management. The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth functioning of the outlet. In the absence of the Store Manager, this role will be fully responsible for managing store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations.
Support in achieving sales targets and implementing sales strategies.
Monitor staff performance, ensure discipline, and maintain high service standards.
Assist in scheduling, time management, and ensuring staff productivity.
Ensure customer satisfaction by handling queries and complaints effectively.
Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store upkeep.
Prepare and share reports as required by the Store Manager.
Take full charge of store operations when the Store Manager is on leave.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).
Prior experience in retail/store operations preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues quickly.
Basic knowledge of sales, customer service, and inventory management.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
