Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the supermarket.
Supervise staff and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
Ensure proper product display, pricing, and quality standards.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide excellent service.
Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.
Support in achieving sales targets and implementing promotional activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a supermarket environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of stock management and retail operations.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
