Handle day-to-day store operations, visual merchandising, and brand standards.
Manage opening/closing, cash handling, and daily reports.
Achieve store sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
Resolve customer issues and improve customer experience.
Lead and supervise a team of 10-25 staff; manage training, scheduling, and performance.
Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, prevent shrinkage, and ensure replenishment.
Coordinate with warehouse/suppliers for stock movement.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and ensure compliance with SOPs and audits.
