Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Assistant Store Manager

to support the Store Manager in driving business growth, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring smooth store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales or customer service, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional in-store experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing strategies to increase footfall and maximize sales performance. Greet and engage customers to provide a warm, professional, and welcoming store environment. Contribute to achieving sales targets by motivating the team and ensuring high standards of customer service. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and administrative tasks. Maintain store cleanliness and ensure adherence to visual merchandising and brand presentation guidelines. Monitor customer preferences, buying patterns, and feedback to provide insights for business improvement. Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities and in-store campaigns. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Support team development through on-the-job training, performance feedback, and motivation. Collaborate with the Store Manager on staff scheduling, shift planning, and resource allocation. Take initiative in driving operational efficiency and contributing to the overall success of the store. Perform additional responsibilities as required to support business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and positive approach. Basic understanding of store operations, inventory control, and team coordination. Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative team player with leadership potential.
