Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Generation:

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Develop strategies to increase footfall and sales Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary

Team Leadership & Staff Development:

Lead, motivate, and train the store team for high performance Create efficient work schedules and manage team shifts Conduct performance appraisals and foster a positive work culture

Customer Experience Management:

Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints efficiently Drive customer loyalty and satisfaction through a customer-first environment

Store Operations & Merchandising:

Oversee store operations, including stock management and housekeeping Ensure adherence to SOPs, visual merchandising standards, and branding guidelines Manage inventory levels and minimize stock shrinkage

Reporting & Compliance:

Maintain records for sales, inventory, staff attendance, and petty cash Submit regular reports to area/regional managers Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards
Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate (Retail Management qualification is a plus) 3-7 years of retail experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage store operations independently Proficient with POS systems, MS Office, and inventory management tools Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
