We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for retail and a drive for leadership within a store environment.
Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store
Oversee and manage store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
Handle cash register duties and transactions accurately
Support in-store training development programs for staff
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Uphold store policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
Skills
Proficiency in cash register operations
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Multilingual abilities are a plus
Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions and inventory management
Experience in store management or as an Assistant Manager is preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Leadership qualities to motivate and guide the store team
Familiarity with payroll processes would be beneficial

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
