Key Responsibilities:

Assist Store Manager in daily operations and staff supervision Ensure smooth store functioning (sales, stock, customer service) Lead team during shift operations -- motivating, training & monitoring KPIs Ensure visual merchandising standards are met Handle customer escalations & provide best-in-class service Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with backend teams Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and safety protocols
