Role Overview

This is a

full-time, on-site

role at our

HSR Layout Experience Centre

.
As an

Assistant Store Manager

, you will:

Engage with walk-in customers and offer a memorable luxury buying experience. Build and nurture relationships with

Builders, Architects, Interior Designers, Hoteliers

and other key stakeholders. Work on lead generation and strategic business development. Manage client data efficiently and ensure smooth follow-ups.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's/Master's degree in

Business, Sales or Marketing

. Proven success in

sales and business development

roles. Confident, well-spoken and proactive communicator. Strong data management and problem-solving skills. Fluent in

English, Hindi and local languages

. A go-getter who enjoys fieldwork, networking, and strategic partnerships. Ambitious and keen on

long-term career growth

.

Compensation

CTC:

?8 - ?12 LPA (including variable pay & incentives)
Based on experience and expertise.
