Maintain
stock accuracy

Monitor storage conditions (temperature, humidity, handling practices) for high-value oncology products.
Coordinate with logistics, and customer care teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Documentation & Record Management
Maintain and update
manual registers, stock ledgers, GRNs, invoices, and dispatch records
.
Ensure accurate filing of documents and quick retrieval during inspections.
Prepare daily/weekly stock reports and communicate variances to the Store Incharge/Manager.
Quality Assurance
Ensure
compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
and company quality standards.
Maintain and review
SOPs, checklists, temperature logs, deviation reports, and quality records
.
Support internal and external
quality audits
, including documentation preparation.
Ensure proper implementation of
FEFO/FIFO
, batch tracking, and control of near-expiry and damaged stock.
Coordinate for
cold chain product handling
, where applicable.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to
regulatory and statutory guidelines
for pharmaceutical distribution.
Maintain store hygiene, safety protocols, and proper labeling and storage practices.
Report any discrepancies, quality issues, or irregularities immediately.
