Assistant Store Manager

to join our retail team at

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment, understands fashion retail operations, and can help drive sales while maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations Achieve sales targets and monitor store KPIs Supervise and guide store staff to ensure high performance Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations professionally Manage in-store merchandising, visual displays, and stock levels Monitor inventory, inward/outward entries, and ensure accurate billing Handle returns, exchanges, and coordinate with the head office for approvals Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the store Ensure proper execution of promotions and marketing campaigns Prepare basic sales and stock reports for management
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
