Job Description
I) Asst. Manager-Stores Vacancy - 01, Location - Bokaro, CTC - 2.60LPA Qualification - B.Com, BA,BSc (Having 4 to 5 years from iron & steel industry ) Responsibilities 1 .Report to Site Incharge/Plant Incharge 2 .Complete store operational, requirements by scheduling and assigning shift job with subordinates 3 .Maintain,monitor store inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers. 4 .Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control 5 .Monitoring of Daily Materials Revived at Site. 6 .Separate Record to be Maintained for Returnable and Consumable Items. 7 .GRN Preparation and verification on regular basis 8 .Checking and Monitoring of Daily Issue of Materials 9 .Petrol/HSD Report, procurement and consumption report to prepare and verify. 10. Stock of LPG/Oxygen Cylinder to be Maintained Properly. 11 .Lisoning with Purchase Deptt at HO and Local as well as Site People of Night Maintenance Team/Mechanical Team 12. Proper Stacking of Materials and Monitoring of Proper Housekeeping 13 .Physical Stock verification on fortnightly basis 14 Any other job assigned by the Management/Reporting Officer time to time to be executed and followed.
