Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee, support, and coach grocery team members for efficient day-to-day operations. Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and handle product replenishment. Keep shelves filled, well-arranged, and visually attractive for customers. Deliver high-quality customer service and address any issues or inquiries. Ensure adherence to store guidelines, food safety norms, and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:



Background in grocery or retail roles; team-lead experience is an added advantage. Excellent leadership abilities with strong organizational and communication skills. Capable of lifting/moving merchandise and available to work flexible schedules.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
