Assistant Store Manager (asm) At Iconcept Apple Authorized Reseller Store
Job Description
Responsibilities: 1) Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, sales, and customer service. 2) Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences. 3) Train, mentor, and monitor staff to ensure product knowledge and sales techniques. 4) Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising. 5) Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company policies. 6) Resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 7) Report sales performance, operational concerns, and feedback to the Store Manager. 8) Collaborate with the management to improve store efficiency and profitability. Requirements:
- Prior experience in team leading and retail management.
- Through knowledge of Apple products and services.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about technology and delivering exceptional customer service.
