Position: Assistant Store Manager
Location: Vizag
Salary: 30-45k

Responsibilities:

Assist the store manager in day-to-day store operations. Supervise and guide store staff to improve customer service and sales. Monitor stock levels and support inventory control. Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints effectively. Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns. Support in maintaining store cleanliness, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Retail, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in a retail or sales environment. Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
