supports day-to-day store and inventory operations, including material handling, stock control, parcel dispatch, basic accounting entries in Tally, and logistics support. The role requires accuracy, driving skills, and coordination with accounts and service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, spare parts, and consumables
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers
Enter inward, outward, and stock transactions in
Tally ERP
Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice, GRN, and stock reconciliation
Prepare, pack, label, and dispatch parcels to customers, sites, and branches
Maintain dispatch records, courier details, and delivery acknowledgements
Perform periodic physical stock verification and report discrepancies
Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and safety within the store
Driving & Logistics Responsibilities:
Drive company two-wheeler or four-wheeler for local deliveries and pickups
Deliver parcels, documents, and urgent spare parts to customers or job sites
Ensure safe transportation and handling of materials
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 10th / 12th / ITI qualification
Working knowledge of Tally ERP
(stock entries, basic vouchers preferred)
Basic understanding of storekeeping and inventory control
Valid two-wheeler / four-wheeler driving license
Experience in parcel dispatch, courier coordination, or logistics is an advantage
Physically fit, reliable, and detail-oriented
