Job Description

The Storekeeper will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, tools, and finished products in the panel industry. This role requires maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring proper organization of the store, and supporting the production team by providing materials on time while adhering to safety and compliance standards

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, movement, and discrepancies. Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile with physical inventory. Ensure proper labeling and categorization of all materials and products.

Receiving Materials

Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents. Inspect materials for quality and report any damages or shortages. Update inventory records upon receipt of goods.

Material Storage

Ensure all materials and products are stored in designated areas. Implement efficient storage solutions to optimize space utilization. Maintain proper conditions for sensitive materials to prevent damage.

Issuing and Dispatching

Prepare materials for production based on job orders. Dispatch finished products to customers or other departments as required. Maintain proper documentation for all issued and dispatched goods.

Coordination

Work closely with the production and procurement teams to ensure material availability. Communicate stock shortages or overstock situations to the relevant departments.

Safety and Compliance

Ensure a clean, safe, and hazard-free storage environment. Follow all safety protocols and standards for handling materials and equipment. Comply with company policies and local regulations regarding inventory management.

Reporting

Generate and submit regular reports on inventory status, stock movement, and discrepancies. Assist in preparing audits and supporting documentation as required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
