Assistant Store Keeper (Dry Stores)
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day dry store operations.
Raise purchase orders (POs) and coordinate daily material ordering.
Ensure timely transfer of raw materials to outlets and central kitchen.
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records (daily/weekly/monthly).
Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate dispatch of materials and ensure proper documentation.
Follow hygiene, safety, and FIFO standards in store management.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in food, QSR, or hospitality sector.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or inventory software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, disciplined, and proactive approach.
Benefits:
