Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Store Incharge / Manager

to lead store operations for chemicals and raw materials. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, safety compliance, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination with purchase and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee receipt, storage, and issue of chemicals and materials as per SOPs. Maintain accurate stock levels through ERP and conduct regular audits. Enforce safety and regulatory compliance for chemical handling and storage. Supervise and train store staff to ensure operational efficiency. Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with internal departments for timely material flow.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Science/Commerce; Diploma in Material Management preferred.

8-12 years

of store management experience, with

3-5 years in a senior role

in chemical/manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of chemical storage norms, inventory systems, and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
