Job Description
The Store in charge is a pivotal role responsible for efficiently managing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and maintaining a well-organized and productive environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of inventory control and storage procedures.
- Ensure accurate tracking, recording, and management of inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Monitor stock movement, expiry dates, and quality of products to prevent wastage.
- Maintain optimum stock levels based on demand forecasts and historical consumption patterns.
- Strategically plan and allocate storage space for various categories of goods.
- Lead and supervise store personnel, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance.
