Job Description

The Skate Academy is Mumbai's growing inline speed-skating school with 6 centres and 150 active students aged 3-35. We specialize in youth development, explosion & speed training, and are preparing national-level skaters.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Assist in skating sessions at our centres (after school / evenings / weekends)

- Learn to coach inline speed skating drills under lead coach supervision

- Help manage warm-ups, cool-downs, basic technique correction

- Support weekend group sessions and new student on-boarding

- Grow into a full coach role as you develop your skills

Who we're looking for:

- Passion for skating / sport / working with kids/teens

- Willingness to learn and be trained (we will provide full training)

- Good communication skills; friendly, energetic, coachable

- Flexible availability (evenings and weekends)

- Preferably based in/around Mumbai (commute to centres)

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
