Role Overview

We are inviting

Special Education and Montessori teaching

. If you are compassionate, patient, and excited to learn, this role offers the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience while being trained in internationally recognized Montessori methods and inclusive education practices.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Special children in addressing diverse learning needs. Assist in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in line with Montessori principles. Provide one-on-one and group support during classroom activities. Observe and document student progress and milestones. Encourage practical life skills, independence, and self-confidence in children. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists for holistic child development. Actively participate in Montessori and special education training programs.

Who Can Apply?

Fresh graduates from

any academic background

with a strong interest in teaching, Special Education, and Montessori. No prior teaching experience required -

comprehensive training will be provided

. Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Empathy, patience, and a passion for working with children. Willingness to grow into a professional Montessori Special Educator.
