Job Responsibilities
1. Manage logistics for spare parts and Defect on Arrival/Dead on
Purchase till last mile
2. Ensure spares parts planning and distribution for 100% same day
closure of calls
3. Ascertain inventory management process with process and SOP adherence
4. Visit Jio Center and Jio Points for inventory audit and inspection
5. Upkeep service stock at touch points
6. Visit L3 vendor for monthly closure of audit and physical count
7. Visit L3 vendor for clearance audits, tool kit inspection and audit
of DRS
8. Manage PNA Calls, lead time, inventory balancing and fill rate
management
9. Support and handle special projects
10. Carry out performance monitoring and review till last mile
Education Requirement
10+2/ITI/Diploma
Experience Requirement
2 - 4 Years
