The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, driving revenue through proactive sales strategies, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high-performance team. This role requires strong operational expertise, sales leadership, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with Ode Spa standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Management
Drive monthly sales targets for services, memberships, packages, and retail products.
Implement local marketing, in-store promotions, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
Track and analyze sales performance; prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Ensure therapists and front-desk staff follow sales scripts and meet individual targets.
Build customer loyalty programs and increase repeat business.
2. Spa Operations Management
Oversee daily spa operations, therapist scheduling, and appointment management.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and ambience standards are maintained as per SOPs.
Manage stock inventory, consumables, and retail products with minimal wastage.
Ensure all equipment is functional and coordinate for timely maintenance.
3. Customer Experience & Service Excellence
Deliver exceptional guest service with prompt issue resolution.
Handle VIP clients, escalations, and feedback to improve service quality.
Monitor customer satisfaction scores and improve NPS / Google ratings.
4. Team Leadership & People Management
Lead, motivate, and train therapists, front-desk executives, and housekeeping staff.
Conduct daily briefing, performance reviews, and skill development sessions.
Ensure grooming standards, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
5. Compliance & Administration
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Ensure timely reporting of attendance, payroll inputs, and operational data.
Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred; certification in wellness/spa management an advantage.
3-7 years of experience in spa, salon, wellness, or hospitality operations
