Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our skilling team as an
Assistant Skilling Manager
or
Senior Skilling Executive
. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in quality monitoring, curriculum development, and skilling operations. You'll help ensure that the training offered through our in-house and partner-led programs maintains the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular
audits, class observations, and focus group discussions
to assess training quality
Develop and implement
screening kits
for evaluating new skilling courses
Monitor and analyze
student feedback
from skilling sessions
Coordinate and track
skilling partner visits
conducted by Student Youth Coordinators (SYCs)
Work closely with trainers and partners to organize
capacity-building sessions
Develop
quality monitoring reports
and identify youth/batch
success stories
Support curriculum and session plan
reviews and improvements
in coordination with the Skilling Manager
Handle additional tasks related to
skilling quality assurance
as needed
Who We're Looking For:
2-3 years of experience in
training, facilitation, or quality monitoring
(especially soft skills or employability training)
Excellent
English communication skills
- both written and verbal
Strong ability to
engage with external stakeholders and trainers
professionally
Interest in data-driven quality audits and skilling program design
Organized, analytical, and proactive in identifying areas for improvement
Comfortable working in a
field-based and coordination-heavy role
