Job Description

Oversee day-to-day site execution, ensure quality, and coordinate with vendors and designers to deliver flawless interiors on time. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and fluent in Kannada & English. Familiarity with basic coding is a plus, reflecting our tech-driven approach. Must be able to capture site videos and photos, so passion in photography and videography is desired.

Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth execution as per design and timeline. Coordinate between designers, vendors, contractors, and carpenters to avoid delays and miscommunication. Conduct regular quality checks on workmanship, materials, and finishes; flag and resolve issues proactively. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized site environment at all times. Share timely progress updates, photos, and reports with the design & management team. Ensure accurate implementation of technical drawings and specifications on site. Anticipate potential challenges and provide practical, on-ground solutions to keep work on track. Build a positive rapport with clients and ensure their concerns are promptly addressed during execution. Keep an inventory of materials at site and coordinate for timely procurement. Leverage basic technology tools (like spreadsheets, WhatsApp, email) effectively for reporting and coordination; knowing basic coding is an added advantage as we are a tech-driven team. Captures and videos and photos of day to day site work to capture the process.
