Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the jewellery department Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction Assist in training and managing sales staff Monitor and maintain inventory levels Implement and coordinate marketing strategies and promotions Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office and retail management software

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
