Homvogue Living is seeking a proactive and customer-focused
Assistant Showroom Manager
to support daily operations and drive sales at our Udupi showroom. The ideal candidate will assist the Showroom Manager in leading the sales team, maintaining showroom standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with our premium brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Showroom Manager in overseeing daily showroom activities and team coordination.
Assist customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable furniture and interior solutions.
Supervise sales staff and provide guidance to ensure target achievement.
Ensure high levels of visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
Manage customer follow-ups, inquiries, and after-sales support.
Help in planning and executing local marketing campaigns and in-store promotions.
Maintain stock levels and ensure timely restocking and inventory checks.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate major issues to the Showroom Manager.
Prepare basic sales reports and update CRM systems as needed
