Job Description

The Assistant Showroom Manager will assist in the overall operations of the showroom, ensuring high standards of customer service, visual merchandising, and sales performance. This role supports the Showroom Manager and acts as the second-in-command to lead the sales team and maintain daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising day-to-day showroom operations and team performance. Ensure excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or complaints promptly. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through team motivation and efficient processes. Manage visual merchandising and ensure the store is well-presented at all times. Train, coach, and support showroom staff in sales techniques and product knowledge. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with warehouse and procurement for stock replenishment. Maintain proper documentation and assist in daily cash handling and billing procedures. Generate daily sales reports and support management in business analysis. Uphold company policies, hygiene, safety, and store operational standards.
