Conduct product demonstrations and ergonomic consultations.
Team Leadership
Supervise, motivate, and train showroom sales staff.
Schedule and manage the team for optimal showroom coverage.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Showroom Operations
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the showroom.
Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, inventory levels, and order management.
Coordinate with back-office and warehouse for timely deliveries and installations.
Visual Merchandising & Branding
Implement brand-consistent visual merchandising displays.
Ensure products are well presented, priced, and up-to-date with seasonal trends.
Gather and report customer feedback to improve the showroom experience.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and stock reports.
Analyze footfall and conversion rates to optimize performance.
Track client preferences and suggest improvements to product assortment.
