Knowledge of Flour Milling Knowledge of wheat characteristics & blending Able to carry out maintenance of machineries Understanding of all machine working principle Exposure on Wheat & Wheat Product testing analysis Knowledge on additive preparation and dosage Monitoring the CCP & OPRP controls. Knowledge on Electrical Knowledge on ISO activities Achivement of Targeted production A and C-Mill Hourly production monitoring and control the extraction as per the norms Ensure the function of cleaning section and milling section machineries, and online checking Controlling section incharges and packing labors and monitor the productivity Hourly monitor the quality of finished products as per the specification and ensure with lab testing The wastages of pouch and spilages control and maintain the hygenic as per the food safety norms. Online product checkings and monitor the records with PLC system in the milling process Monitor and carrying out the Preventive Maintenance as per the schedule to control the break down maintenance Update the Buhler Pro -Plant Software.
