Job Description

Job Title: Shift In-Charge

:

Manage day-to-day shift operations

Allocate manpower and assign tasks

Monitor productivity, quality, and TAT

Ensure SOP, safety, and compliance

Coordinate with operations, HR, and security

Handle attendance, shift reports, and escalations

Train and guide associates

Requirements:

Graduate preferred

1-3 years warehouse/logistics experience

Team handling skills

Basic MS Excel knowledge

Willing to work in rotational shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?26,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
