Ensures quick and systematic investigation of unusual occurrences and initiates remedial steps to prevent a recurrence. Maintains good liaison with civil law enforcement agencies and the Fire department. Ensure adequate key control for guest and heart of the house areas, by establishing relevant systems. Responsible for co-ordination with external agencies for all special security arrangements. Ensures compliance with policies, systems and procedures relating to security, (bomb scares, evacuation, etc.)-develops & practices special emergency drills. Ensures the safety and security of guests, employees and all property, by providing constant vigil in and around the unit / hotel. Assists in reviewing the efficiency of all surveillance and fire systems in the unit and recommends improvements. Assists in preparation of the departmental Capital and Operational Budgets. Ensures safety and security of the hotel by preventing the entry or exit of unauthorized men and material. Assist in the organization of work within the department, including assignments, time schedules and vacations of all staff. Ensures that all records and documentation are maintained as per operational and organizational requirements. To ensure ongoing process for fire prevention Program and Fire Safety in the hotel. To identify and develop such procedures / systems which could help augmenting the security environment. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Benefits:
