What this job involvesYou will oversee the safety and security aspects of your designated site. Your role will be to prevent security lapses and be the first responder to emergency and non-emergency situations. Security planning, risk assessment, and formulating effective guarding strategies are some of your key responsibility areas. Your role will incorporate managing the following: o Supervising security staff, assigning/monitoring work assignments and providing training in daily security procedures, customer service skills, basic life safety, and first aid o Maintaining and updating security policies, checklists, and procedure manuals o Having working knowledge of all current building security panels and fire and life safety code requirements o Managing all manpower records for permanent and contract staff (training, compliance documents, and scheduling details) o Ensuring fire drills are carried out weekly for security and unit staff o Physically patrolling the designated area (focusing on elevators and all areas of ingress/egress); using surveillance equipment, access control points, and alarms to control building access and monitor visitor activities o Conducting security investigations and preparing incident reports o Tracking material movement and managing lost and found items o Regular and ongoing communication with Property Manager/team members/clients regarding events, incidents, security team concerns, recommendations, staffing needs, etc. o Approving and interviewing candidates for contract security staff positions o Ensuring customer-related briefings are provided to all site employees o Conducting weekly meetings with vendor operations head and sharing minutes with PM and client o Reviewing after-hours security reports and monitoring staff performance o In case of emergency, coordinating with respective tenants/administration staff/client and ensuring quick transfer of injured persons to the nearest hospital by coordinating with local doctors/legal authorities o Drafting disaster management plans in coordination with site team members and Property Manager o Playing a key role in emergencies (i.e., fire, evacuations, human crisis, etc.) o Monitoring and participating in performance/behaviours-related meetings regarding contract staff o Implementing and providing budgets relating to security requirements and staffing. Additional Key Responsibility Areas: o Handling multiple sites and ensuring consistent security standards across all locations o Dealing with local authorities and maintaining effective liaison for compliance and emergency coordination o Managing large security teams across various shifts and locations o Coordinating comprehensive emergency response protocols and crisis management o Conducting thorough risk assessment and implementing effective mitigation strategies You will be working on __site name ___, which is a ___type____, located at ___location____

You must pay attention to detail and possess the ability to use logical thought processes to develop solutions for short term and long-term Security needs; Demonstrate integrity in the performance of assigned tasks.



Qualifications

You are qualified degree holder with 8-10 years security experience. Relevant experience in required property type (residential / commercial / Retails/ others) will be preferred. Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing.
