Key Responsibilities:
Support sales team in sourcing loan leads (PL, BL, HL, LAP)
Assist in customer coordination, follow-ups, and document collection
Help in file login and basic eligibility checks
Coordinate with operations and credit teams for case status
Maintain daily sales MIS and lead tracking
Support achievement of branch/area sales targets
Ensure documentation accuracy and basic policy compliance
Provide post-login and disbursement support to customers
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in team handling and loan sales.
Excellent team management and leadership skills.
Strong communication and market knowledge.
Graduate in any discipline.
