About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious

Assistant Sales Officer

with 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys client engagement, and is comfortable with significant travel. Prior experience in the

healthcare industry

is an advantage, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B space. Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs. Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solution-based selling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for proposal development and deal closures. Travel extensively (up to 50%) for client meetings, demos, and presentations. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree (required), Master's degree (preferred).

Experience:

2-4 years of B2B sales experience; experience in healthcare domain is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to

close deals

and build lasting client relationships. Proficiency in delivering

sales presentations

and crafting solution-oriented pitches. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
