Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field sales activities to generate new leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
Meet builders, architects, contractors, developers, and channel partners on-site.
Present products/services, handle negotiations, and support deal closures.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Ensure timely follow-ups, site visits, and accurate reporting of sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and execution.
Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and client interactions.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in field sales and travel locally.
Ability to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma / HSC (any stream).
Freshers and candidates with limited experience are welcome.
Experience in
Real Estate / Cladding / Paint
will be an added advantage.
