Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support and strengthen our established Ferro Doors sales department. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and marketing expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive business growth through effective client engagement and market development.
Qualifications
B.Tech graduate (mandatory)
Proven and hands-on experience in sales and marketing, preferably in building materials, construction products, or related industries
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve departmental targets
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and contractors
Manage existing client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
Participate in promotional activities, site visits, and client meetings as required
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
Target-oriented with a proactive and result-focused approach
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
