Assistant Sales Manager

to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth through effective lead conversion and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the sales team to achieve targets and business objectives. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth. Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Provide training and guidance to the sales team to improve performance. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities. Ensure prompt follow-ups on leads and timely closure of sales deals. Coordinate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and client engagement. Prepare sales reports and performance reviews for management. Handle client queries and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales (Real Estate sector preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Good understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
