Job Summary:

We are seeking a result-driven

Area Sales Manager (ASM)

to lead and manage our sales team, drive property sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in

real estate sales

, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the Zirakpur/Tricity real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets Generate and follow up on leads through various channels (online, offline, brokers, etc.) Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost performance Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and closing of deals Monitor market trends and competitor activities Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales service

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales (Zirakpur/Tricity market preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure Must have own vehicle and a valid driving license
