Job Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven

Assistant Sales Manager

to support our Real Estate Sales Manager in driving sales performance and achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should be outspoken, highly persuasive, and have a proven ability to close deals in the competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing real estate sales strategies. Follow up, and convert leads into successful transactions. Conduct site visits and client meetings to showcase properties. Maintain strong relationships with clients through timely and persistent follow-ups. Negotiate deals and close sales as per company guidelines. Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure.

Candidate Requirements:



Must be based in

Kolkata

. Strong

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

. In-depth knowledge of

local real estate market trends and regulations

.

Proven track record

of

closing real estate deals.

Outspoken personality with a confident and persuasive approach. Timely and persistent follow-up skills are essential. Possession of a

two-wheeler

is preferred and advantageous.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
