Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing real estate sales strategies.
Follow up, and convert leads into successful transactions.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to showcase properties.
Maintain strong relationships with clients through timely and persistent follow-ups.
Negotiate deals and close sales as per company guidelines.
Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure.
