Aesthetica360 is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented

Assistant Sales Manager

to join our team in Noida. This is a critical role responsible for driving revenue across two key verticals: our multi-specialty cosmetic clinic and our newly launched training academy, The Aesthetical Institute of India.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in sales, client management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities



Lead & Consultation Management:

Proactively engage with potential clients to convert inquiries into booked consultations for clinic services (hair, skin, and cosmetic surgery).

Sales & Revenue Generation:

Achieve and exceed sales targets by booking treatment packages, effectively upselling and cross-selling additional services, and securing admissions for courses at our academy.

Client Relationship Management:

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining strong relationships, resolving concerns, and focusing on long-term client retention.

Market Development:

Identify new opportunities and strategies to expand our client base for both the clinic and the academy.

Reporting & Strategy:

Track sales performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics to senior management, contributing to overall sales strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a strong emphasis on achieving and surpassing sales targets. Experience in the aesthetic, healthcare, or education sector is highly preferred. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A results-driven mindset with a clear focus on incentives and performance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation



This is an incentive-driven role with a high-growth potential.
