Role Summary
The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving B2B sales of turnkey waterproofing solution, managing builder and contractor relationship, supporting project closure, and ensuring co-ordinator between technical,operations, and execution teams. The role demands strong site - level understanding, solution selling ability, and relationship management skills.

Qualificaiton
1.Bachelor's degree in civil engineering /construction/marketing /business(preferred)

2.B2B solution selling and negotiation skills
3.Site-level technical understanding
4.Relationship-building and communication skills
5.Ability to read drawings and specifications (preferred)
6.CRM and basic MS Excel proficiency
