As a part of this job, one is expected to cater to clients by deeply understanding their requirements and to be able to provide real estate property solutions.
One must generate clientele either from given data or one must go into the market and fulfil the same.
Regular market visits for competition analysis, understanding market trends and sales planning as per the existing market rhythm.
Apart from this, one must be able to effectively communicate and pitch the specifications of the previous as well as existing projects, thereby successfully generating sales through end- to- end (pre and post sales) transactions and close follow-ups.
To have good knowledge on Power Point Presentations, communication skills, and to have a keen eye for details and designs are mandatory requirements.
