The Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in driving the sales team to meet and exceed targets. This role involves helping to develop sales strategies, managing client relationships, training and motivating sales staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
Supervise and support sales representatives to improve performance and productivity.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Help prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Provide training, guidance, and support to new and existing team members.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Assist in budgeting, planning, and resource allocation for the sales department.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
