Job Description

Franchise Sales Manager's primary responsibility is to grow the franchise network by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new franchise partners, while also fostering long-term relationships and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchisee Acquisition: Identify and source potential franchisees. Develop and execute strategies to recruit new franchise candidates. Manage the entire franchisee recruitment process, from lead generation to contract completion. Present business plans to potential franchisees and negotiate franchise agreements. Understand and respond to potential franchisee inquiries. Interview and assess franchise applicants. Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets for franchise recruitment. Develop and implement marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Generate revenue from the respective regions. Handle sales targets and cash flows. Franchisee Support and Relationship Management: Provide guidance and support to franchisees on operational issues. Assist franchisees with planning, setup, and launch of their franchise units. Serve as a liaison between the company and franchisees. Foster positive relationships with franchisees. Regularly communicate with franchisees and align messages with brand goals. Monitor and analyze franchise performance metrics. Compliance and Brand Standards: Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards across all franchises. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Maintain and update franchise agreements. Team Management (if applicable): Lead and motivate franchise teams to achieve sales and operational targets. Conduct regular performance assessments and implement improvement plans.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
