Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Support achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities Assist in managing key accounts and maintaining customer relationships Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and follow up on orders Coordinate with production, QA, R&D, and logistics teams to meet customer requirements Provide customers with product specifications, MSDS, COA, and technical information Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities Support order forecasting, dispatch planning, and delivery coordination Monitor receivables and assist in collection activities Maintain accurate sales records, CRM data, and documentation Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance updates for management Assist in sales planning, promotions, and marketing initiatives Participate in customer meetings, plant visits, exhibitions, and trade shows Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
